Rep. Hilda Solis has been confirmed as the Secretary of Labor. Among her admirers sending their congratulations were her good friend Nancy Pelosi, teamster Jim Hoffa who represents 1.4 million union workers and the Latino Elected and Appointed Officials Group.
She begins her new job on February 25th.
Her many admirers are sure she'll bring fairness to the workplace. Hmmmmmm.

Braodcaster Freedom Act
The Broadcaster Freedom Act was introduced into Congress today as an effort to protect free speech.
Today, Congressman Mike Pence (R-IN), Congressman Greg Walden (R-OR) and Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC), introduced the Broadcaster Freedom Act.
