HR 645-- You best be watching and letting your views known to your representatives. Included in this bill of National Emergency Centers to be built on six military installations inside the United States is the approval for the Secretary of Homeland Security to gather and detain American citizens at his whim.

Is the administration expecting some serious uprising by American citizens? Is this part of the administration's newly stated Global New Deal?
